Q: What do your storage units cost?

A: The cost varies, depending on the unit size and your budget. Let’s talk about it.

 

Q: What storage options do you have available?

A: Depends on what size unit you want and when you want it. Kangaroo Storage will endeavour to accommodate your storage needs and requirements wherever possible.

 

Q: How long can I rent a unit for?

A: We offer month-by-month leases, and bill you in one month increments. Our goal is to make your storage experience as simple and easy as possible.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, cheques, cash, and direct bank transfers. We accept credit card payments over the phone, or we can set up automatic credit card billing for your convenience. Please call our office for more information.

 

Q: Who else can gain access to my storage unit?

A: The unit you rent is secured with your own padlock, key, and security code. It is our policy to never give anyone else access to your unit.

 

Q: When can I access my unit?

A: Units can be accessed from 6.00 am to 6.45 pm, seven days a week, including public holidays and festive breaks.

 

Q: How much notice is required before vacating a unit?

A: A 14 day notification is required when vacating. The unit will be inspected, and the bond and remaining rent is then refunded where applicable.

 

Q: When is my payment due?

A: Payments are due on the same date each month. We call this your Anniversary Date, or the date you complete and sign your storage Agreement.
